Marine-Cargo Insurance is a contract of indemnity against loss/damage to the insured cargo/goods during the transit period by Land/Sea/Air. For Export/Import Business, the Institute Cargo Clause A/B/C is used. In addition, extraneous risks/perils like Theft, Pilferage and Non-Delivery (TPND), WAR, Strikes, Riots and Civil Commotion (SRCC) Clause can be added to the cover at extra premium.
