Laws and Acts Company Act 2063, Insurance Act 2079, Insurance Rules and Regulations, other related Laws and Acts, including Directives, Rules and Regulations, Circulars issued by Nepal Insurance Authority (the Insurance Regulatory of Nepal), Office of the Company Register, Security Board of Nepal (SEBON)
Compulsory Documents required for issuance of all Insurance Policies Properly filled Proposal Form, Photograph, KYC form, Risk inspection Report, subject to Payment of Premium
Documents required to issue Insurance Policy Vehicle Insurance : Vehicle Registration Book (Blue Book), Contract Document, Work Schedule Renewal Notice issued from previous Insurance Company (if any)
Marine Insurance  : Letter of Credit (L/C), Invoice, Proforma Invoice,
Constructor’s All Risk : Contract Document, Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
Travel Medical Insurance : Copy of Passport
KYC Form  : Photo, Copy of Citizenship, PAN/Registration Paper (for Firm)
Other Insurances : As required by the Company
Time taken to issue Insurance policy One working hour at most after receiving of all the required information and documents to issue Insurance Policy
Premium to be paid by insured for Renew or Fresh policy The total Premium includes net Premium as declared in Insurance Policy Schedule, Tax Invoice, Stamp Charge and VAT.
Renewal Notice At the end of the one year Insurance period, the company issues Renewal Notice 4 weeks prior to the expiry of Insurance.
